Although Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola never reunited with her former roommates for Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, the show would be very different had she changed her mind. Sammi was one of the original Jersey Shore roommates. She was a part of all six seasons of the original series. When asked to reunite with her fellow roommates for the spinoff series six years after Jersey Shore came to an end, Sammi opted out of the opportunity.
