Carl's house from Pixar's Up is recreated with over 68,000 LEGO bricks before taking flight with balloons. Up debuted in 2009, telling the story of Carl Fredricksen, a 78-year-old man who uses balloons to float his house out of the city with his sights set on Paradise Falls, only to inadvertently take off with a young Wilderness Explorer aboard. The film was co-directed by Pete Docter and Bob Peterson, with voice talent that includes Ed Asner, Christopher Plummer, and John Ratzenberger. Up was a hit with critics and audiences, earning over $735 million worldwide and ranking one of the top-rated Pixar movies.
